HOW WE MAKE YOU LOOK AMAZING

By starting with your wedding date and creating a time line between now and your big day, I can tailor a highly personalised program to ensure you look a million dollars when it matters.

We start by looking how you move which allows me to set your new program at an appropriate level to your ability.

Some brides are technically accomplished and can start on complex training protocols and other brides are new to training and need something more user friendly.

Whatever you ability and fitness, I will design something that is achievable yet pushes you to get fitter and stronger.

As you begin your journey, I typically ask you to fill in a food journal (when nutrition is also required) so we can start to modify your eating to support your goals.

I am not a big advocate of super strict diet plans so unless you have just a few weeks to get in shape, we will suggest a diet plan of action that still resembles what you like to eat and not some super model detox fad diet.

Finally we take measurements which include some or all of the following:

  • Weight

  • Body Fat (callipers)

  • Take Measure Circumferences

  • Photos (taken on your phone)

Every 4-6 weeks we check your progress and start a new cycle with new objectives for training and diet.  We phase the intensity up as we get closer to your wedding day to ensure you are looking as amazing as is possible when you walk down the aisle.

All I ask is that on your big day, you send me a photo of you in your wedding dress (after all, your training has been all about how you look in it) plus try to save me a slice of wedding cake,  (I may be a Personal Trainer but I do love a slice of cake!)

WHAT DO I GET?

Apart from getting into amazing shape and feeling confident when it matters, I will set you monthly targets so we know whether you are on course to achieve your desired look on deadline day.

After each cycle of training (typically 4-6 weeks = one cycle) we assess to see if you are on target and adjust your diet and training in accordance with what we find.

​

Often a bride finds she is happy at a different size or eight than she first thought she would be.  That's the great part about continually checking on progress, we can adapt it to your changing needs or desires.

As a result of this system, I have never trained a bride who wasn't thrilled with her look on her big day,
