Fat loss can be complicated and different people require different services. That why I offer two very different services for prospective clients allowing them to choose which best fits there needs:
(FITNESS)
PERSONAL TRAINING
For those of you who already have a nutrition plan sorted or just want to focus on your fitness, this is your best option.
With this option we focus solely on your fitness training ensuring ensure that your training is as efficient and effective as possible getting you fitter...faster.
After discussing your injuries and training history, we will do a one hour overview seeing how you move and then design a personalised fitness plan based around these results.
Not only will I guide you through your weekly training plan, I will also give you have plans for the days you are training on your own. This ensures you know exactly what you are doing on any day of the week.
The personalised routines I design will be updated and evolved as you get fitter ensuring you are always getting the biggest bang from each session.
I fully understand that life is busy and that
motivation will ebb and flow so I am always on hand via email, text or phone if you feel you need a little pep talk to get you back in the gym.
I also understand that although new exercises seem obvious when you are with, often when you come to do them on your own you have no recollection of what that exercise actually was.
Trust me, you aren't the first person to forget an exercise but rest assured I will be more than happy to send a personalised video over WhatsApp to jog your memory.
Regular assessments (when requested) ensure we are on track with our training and that you are progressing forwards.
COACHING
Coaching is conducted entirely out of the gym and is what I like to call 'Fitness training for your mind'.
Seldom do people fail to lose body fat because the don't know what they really should be eating. We all know that a diet with a lot of veg, lean proteins, a good amount of water and a minimal amount of impulsive or planned junk food consumption (and I include alcohol in that) would give us a leaner frame and lasting results.
So why don't we just do that??
In reality, our relationship with food, the environment we put ourselves in, the lack of time we all have and impulsive or social binging that make up our day to day life work to make us the weight we are today.
You could say that (for most people) your body shape is the visual representation of your relationship and habits around food.
Coaching looks into how you correctly set your goal (and expectations), how you plan your route to a leaner frame and how you assess your progress daily to ensure you are making reasonable progress.
Coaching has proven to be a huge eye opener for many clients and often explains to them why they always end up back at the start.
Do not expect immediate or quick results. Coaching isn't about that. It is about unravelling and then rebuilding your habits around food so that once you do see results, you keep them.

Day has worked miracles. My goal was to lose 8kg but that seemed a hugely task and one I had failed at so many times before.
