Day 'he knows his stuff' and to a much deeper level than any other that PT I have met.
He is very good at 'working around' any body parts that have seen better days, adapting exercises to avoid aggravating other issues. He customises your training plan to suit your goals and keeps things fresh & new - no off-the-shelf plans here!
He is also happy to liaise with a physio, to devise exercise plans to help you come back from injury.

Day came highly recommended. In addition, I chose him as my personal trainer given his vast experience in competitive sports (both personal experience and the clients he trains), rehabilitation, psychology, diet, fitness and his empathy, focus and appreciation for general life fitness. Given I have a heavy computer based job working in stressful high tech environments, I needed to find someone who could help me counter some of the bad habits that creep in with posture, mental job fatigue and help me stay strong both mentally and physically and unwind from stressful and intensive working days. Day is great fun, extremely knowledgeable, very conscientious and his attention to detail personalised to each client is rare to find and deeply appreciated.  In Day's case, one size does not fit all. I have been training with Day for over 15 years and look forward to the next 15!

I worked with David for around 5 years on and off. Initially chose David becomes just hearing him around the gym (and GOD can you hear him), he came across as the most knowledgeable of all the trainers at David Lloyd, and seemed really passionate about helping his clients.
