ABOUT ME

Making a Positive Impact

I have been working as a Fitness/Personal Trainer in the Marlow area for 22 years and have well over 20,000 hours of 1 to 1 experience under my belt.
That means I have probably worked with someone like you and helped them achieve their health and fitness goals. 
My approach is friendly rather than Drill Sergeant and I like to work with someone rather than just order them around.
I never judge someone on their fitness, 'bad' habits or body shape.  We are all unique with unique hurdles to overcome.

I employed Day initially to help me improve my posture and reduce my back pain, then later to improve my strength and help me reduce body fat. 

Day 'he knows his stuff' and to a much deeper level than any other that PT I have met. 
He is very good at 'working around' any body parts that have seen better days, adapting exercises to avoid aggravating other issues. He customises your training plan to suit your goals and keeps things fresh & new - no off-the-shelf plans here!

He is also happy to liaise with a physio, to devise exercise plans to help you come back from injury.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Day as a PT to anyone who is serious about improving their fitness, flexibility or who needs help getting back to full function again.
